| PAUL JOHNSON - PJ began his television career at WCYB-TV in 1981 after working as a newspaper and radio reporter. A graduate of East Tennessee State University, PJ worked as a news, weather and sports reporter for WCYB before taking a sports position in Springfield, Massachusetts. After working for several television stations in the southeast, including a sister station of WCYB in Abilene, Texas, PJ returned home to the Tri-Cities as Sports Director in 1995. PJ’s daughter Morgan is a diabetic, and he is very active in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. PJ and Morgan produce a public service announcement every year and participate in the JDRF Walk and fundraising campaign. |
